Monument 75WG Herbicide is a selective post-emergent herbicide used for turf management, particularly in warm-season turf like Bermudagrass and Zoysiagrass. It is effective in controlling major sedges and more than 40 listed weeds on turf. Here's a guide on how to use Monument 75WG Herbicide. Monument 75WG is applied after the emergence of certain weeds.

It comes in pre-measured water-soluble packets for easy mixing. For spot treatment, mix 0.5 grams of Monument 75WG into 2 gallons of water with 2/3 ounce of a non-ionic surfactant. For larger areas, the mixing rate varies depending on the application (see below for specific rates).

Apply Monument 75WG to established turf areas, including golf courses, sod farms, and commercial properties. It is not for use on residential lawns. Monument 75WG controls a broad spectrum of weeds, including all major categories of sedge weeds, oxalis, green kyllinga, and various other grass and broadleaf species. It is particularly effective against annual bluegrass (Poa annua), yellow nutsedge, purple nutsedge, and kyllinga. For overseeding removal, use 0.1 to 0.35 ounces per acre or 3 to 10 packets per 5 acres.

For weed control, use 0.33 to 0.56 ounces per acre or 2 to 3 packets per acre. A second application may be necessary for control of sedges, repeat in 4 to 6 weeks. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not apply directly to water or areas where surface water is present.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Ensure good ventilation when applying the product. Monument 75WG is rainfast within 3 hours after application. If the pH of the water in the tank is less than 5.5, use a buffer solution to raise the pH to near 7.0. Do not mix with acid-forming compounds in the tank.
