With its proprietary active ingredient, mesotrione, Tenacity herbicide can be used both as a pre-emergence and post-emergence herbicide to selectively control 46 weeds and grass species, including creeping bentgrass in Kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass, or fine and tall fescue. This systemic herbicide is safe to use on established or newly seeded turf. Tenacity has two important uses.
